For anyone who hasn’t seen the last post, or our Facebook page recently, yes, Alex & Dave have left the band…

…This, however, does not mean that Throwing Seven is done…far from it, in fact!

Adam, Ben, Eric & Paul will in fact be continuing on & we are on the hunt for a new vocalist & bassist! We are looking for a couple of talented, personable, creative & open-minded people to round out our lineup & help us usher in the next chapter of Throwing Seven.

When will we release some new music & play some shows again? This depends on how soon we can find people.
Are we changing the band name? Probably, but we won’t know for sure until the new lineup takes shape.
How can interested parties contact us for auditions? Any & all interested parties should check out this ad we’ve posted, here (http://www.bandmix.com/throwingseven/). The ad outlines who we’re looking for, our biggest influences, where we’d like to take the band and our music next; and contact information, *audition tracks, etc.
When will auditions start? We’ll be scheduling auditions to begin sometime around the middle of February, as we’d like interested parties to get familiar with the new songs first.

We ask all of you who may be reading this, if you or anyone you know may be interested in trying out for a band that is dedicated to playing music for a long time to come, please contact us! Finding the right people is not a quick or easy task, so any help is greatly appreciated!

Despite the setback that is replacing band-members, the 4 of us have never been more dedicated to and hopeful for what lies ahead. If you’ve supported us in the past or now, know that we appreciate everything that anyone has ever done for us & know that your support was not given in vain! We will be back, bigger & better than ever! Thank you & help us get the word out there, so we can get back to making some music!

Starting Over

For those of you who have not heard yet, we regret to announce that we have parted ways with Alex & Dave, and are now looking for a new singer & bassist.

As it stands, Adam, Ben, Paul & Eric will be continuing on as a band (most likely under a new name), once a new singer & bassist can be found.

Vocalists & bassists interested in auditioning can email us here, and/or message us here.

We extend to Alex & Dave all the luck & well wishes in the world, as they both continue on, to the next chapter in each of their lives. We value the time & experiences we shared with those 2 guys & would not have traded them for anything…good luck, guys…you’ll always be our brothers & we’ll miss playing with you!

To everyone else, fear not…we will be back & we will be a better band than before! We thank you for your support & patience, & with a little luck, we’ll have some exciting news & some new music for all of you again, very soon!
